This Agreement is a contract between the Merchant and
LIFT Networks, Inc. (“LNI”). Whereas Merchant is
performing Credit Card Transactions and LNI is the
organization that is providing services of Credit Card
Transaction processing. In consideration of the Merchant
named above and accepted by LNI; LNI will reimburse up
to $350 of merchants VISA/MasterCard processing fees
after each annual anniversary of processing with LNI
(anniversary is 12 months). LNI will make such
reimbursement within 45 days of the merchant’s receipt
of their transaction processing statement on the annual
anniversary of Merchant processing credit cards with
LNI. ***FOR EXAMPLE: Merchant starts to process January
15th, 2008; after January 15th, 2009 Merchant will
receive a reimbursement of up to $350 for their
Visa/MasterCard fees within 45 days*** ELIGIBILITY:
Merchant agrees to satisfy the terms of processing
service agreement with LNI and not to
terminate such agreement to be eligible. LNI assumes no
liabilities and merchant agrees to
indemnify and hold LNI and its partners harmless from
and against all losses, liabilities, damages and
expenses.
* FREE definition – 1 month of service up to $350
**LIFE
definition – As long as merchant named above continues
to process all of their credit card and related
transactions with LIFT Networks, Inc. “LNI” merchant
will receive up to $350 every year. |
